What an incredible day at the spring summit yesterday, with my forum group at Ascendeur. Guest speaker Carrie Dorr left me with some deep perspective.
To keep walking into the storm takes the right mindset. And Carrie talked openly about how she engages her fears, resistance, and voice in her head.
She talks about how she is the driver of her story but her fears sit in the passenger seat. She actively talks to the voice and has open conversation. That way of engaging reminds her she is in control and she can do anything she wants to move forward.
